I have been getting calls and messages form Paytm and they keep asking me for money which has already been paid.
I had a loan taken of 1000/- which was paid to their representative when they contacted me via what’s app.
When I spoke to the representative she said that all I had to do is pay 1000/- and the rest of the interest charges will be waived off by the company.
However even after making the payment they did not close the account and kept charging me for the same and now they call and and abusive language over the call.
I tried reaching out to the support team for this issue however they do not respond to my request.
I sent a message via twitter they stopped replying and now I have no help at all
