I am dissatisfied with the way the your customer care department is treating me because, they have continuously been disturbing me with emails like below and phone calls regarding a payment which I already made. I was having a connection with vodafone karnataka, I then moved to vodafone kerala when I relocated and cleared all the payments that were due with karnataka circle, by making the payment at a vodafone store in kerala. I have already attempted to resolve this problem by explaining the matter to the executive who called me. I have enclosed copies of my records.
Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. I am hereby requesting that you kindly take necessary action so that I’m not getting any such unwanted mails in future.
