Dear Sir,
I am Mr. Subrahmanya Shastri bearing A/C No. 30190240348, SBIN0002263 applied for loan in CREDIT LOAN app today (3.4.22).
I am working in SECON Private limited at Bangalore, having monthly Salary of Rs. 1.26 L. Requested loan for Rs. 3L for 12 Months period in your app.
Initially Mr, Rajeev Ranjan, loan Manager, Job No. 16888, watsapp No. 917432847684, having office address at DLF infinity Towers, Gurgaon has not handled the request properly and harassing and misusing the app by changing credentials and bank account numbers. Customer service watsapp No. 8603449049 (Family Loan) also joined the hand with loan manager and cheating me.
Initially he told to deposit 10% of the loan amount as service charges. I have deposited.
Then again 20% as refundable amount to correct my account number ( My account number was manipulated in app as 30190240384 instead on 30190240348.
Then again now they are demanding Rs. 75000/- as refundable EMI charges.
I smell fraud in this. KIndly investigate and take action to provide loan as promised or return back my Rs 90000/- deposited in the below account as per their demands:

I have requested them that you are already having Rs. 90000/- and why are you asking again.
They are telling that this is the company rules.
I suspect that this is big fraud. Kindly resolve the issue and remit my 90000/- back to my account below:
