Dear sir/madam,
One person who is not even revealing his name by contact number 7618898268 is calling me and my relatives and saying that he is from bubble loan. I never heard about this loan nor this loan app exists either in Play Store or Google by the form of .apk, he is using abusive language towards all my friends and family. Kindly help me on this.
