Text of Complaint by SUNIL GAWAS:

I had taken Credit Card from Standard Chartered Bank in 2000 and then not properly used because of lack of knowledge. Meantime limit of credit card 50000 was crossed and pending amount went to 85000.
that time I was unable to pay the amount and because of harassment of Standard Chartered Bank my wife sold her Gold Ornaments and we settled the card for amount 48000/- and gave the amount in Cash to the boy who came for collecting the amount from Standard Chartered Bank. He handed over me receipt.
In due time I lost my receipt because of shifting of house two times and now after 20 years Standard Chartered bank again started harassing for the payment.
Their people coming to my house, and they threatened to my wife my daughter and now they started continuously calling on all my numbers including my wife and daughter.
all the call details from their side is mentioned below in image form.
please help me otherwise if something happens to me or my family member, this bank will be solely responsible gor that.
