Kreditbee people are calling my family members for
the payments ,while they are not calling me . Also i have not shared their numbers which violates my
privacy. I have been repaying their loan slowly as i had multiple loans and however 80% of the loan is
already been paid . They do not follow RBI guidelines as well. Disclosing my loan details to my friends and
family. I have always attended their calls previously
and usually its always harassment on calls. I believe
that the aforementioned actions are in direct
violation of the laws and regulations governing loan
recovery practices.
As a borrower, I have the right to fair treatment and
respect throughout the repayment process. I expect
your company to adhere to these principles and
rectify this situation promptly. received a threat of legal action in the form of a call to my parent from
the company, which contained misleading and
intimidating language.
Such tactics create
unnecessary fear and anxiety, which are unwarranted considering my willingness to cooperate and resolve
this matter amicably.
I have been consistently receiving an excessive
number of phone calls, messages, and emails from
your company, demanding immediate repayment.
Despite my attempts to explain my financial situation
and negotiate a reasonable payment plan, your
representatives have been unwilling to listen and
have continued to harass me.
