Dear Sir/ Madam
I am writting to you with lot of pain and anguish against the way of functioning of Amazon and Delhivery courier
Delhivery Courier ABW 13371226861716 was scheduled to be delivered by 07 Nov 23
Item – Amazon Order Id 40600042762291503 dt 29 Oct 23 for Rs 2369/-
PARASNATH Kohinoor 4 Step Folding Alloy Steel Ladder with Wide Steps- 4.3 Ft Made in India, Orange
There has been false claim by your courier of attempted delivery of above courier on 06 Nov and on 07 Nov 23 a fraudulent entry in my name by your agent today for delivery and went out without delivery and finally at 1955hrs today got another false/incorrect message that delivery has been rescheduled today on customers request .
The courier delivery person name is Sh Roni Halder and contact no is 6295021643…on which I spoke to him after checking entry details at my gate app…and while inside complex he told me that he will deliver after some deliveries and once exited complex on contact again by me he told that he will come back with larger vehicle as package is heavy …after that he is not attending any calls…all details exists in digital format
Amazon customer care has also been spoken to no of times by self and complaint filed for both days, but they have shown their inability to resolve despite escalating the issue as your courier is not responding.
Again on 08 Nov 23 a false claim of delivery was made by Delhivery Courier where as no attempt was made.
On 06 Nov, 07 Nov and 08 Nov 23 I had called up Amazon Customer care no of times and even filed complaint with Delhivery courier which was responded by them, and to my surprise today i.e. on 09 Nov 23 I get intimation from delivery courier that the courier is being returned as attempted deilivery had failed.
My point is that why this fraud of attempted delivery I doubt if the subject item had actually been shipped and received at Kolkata and its a joint fraud by Amazon & Delhivery Courier
Either the subject item should be delivered in time or compensation for mental harassments should be paid for inefficiency and fraud
