Dear Sir/Madam,
I had taken a loan from RUPEE112, and there has been a slight delay in its repayment. I have already informed you of the reason for this delay via email. However, your company’s recovery agent verbally abused me; furthermore, they called my references and relatives and subjected them to abusive language as well. I now possess recordings of these incidents, along with all other supporting evidence. Consequently—and because your company failed to take any action—I have filed an FIR against your company and the recovery agent, and have also lodged a formal complaint with the RBI.
