It has been digital and telephonically harassment by the executives of IDFC first bank since last one week. Every day at different time (minimum 10 times in day), different executives call on my number and asking to pay the due EMI of loan which I have never taken. I informed all the time to each and every executives that I have just purchased new simcard before a week and I have never taken any kind of loan from your bank but somebody mistakenly either give my number to bank or there is something wrong with Bank record. Each time executives said that ok sir/mem we update the same in our records and now onwards no more call from our bank will be there. But within the next hour the same story repeats. So I personally and while office working hours disturbed by such harassments every hour. Kindly do needful at the earliest.

Exactly same thing is happening with me.
It has been months they don’t stop calling even if i told them a thousands times that this is a wrong number.
This is exactly the same situation i have been facing
