This is to bring to notice that this is harassment that is done from the Sarjapur Airtel Store. I am right now treated as a football here.

Every time I go to the store, I am sent back with a promise that the issue would be resolved by the Store Manager Manju. I have gone to the Sarjapur Store at least 6 times now with the Covid situation and this issue is not resolved.

The airtel executives ignore calls and do not pick up phones nor do they respond. They ask me to contact Customer Care. I opted for One Airtel Bill based on the advice in the Sarjapur Airtel Store only in February 2020.

Till date, I  am facing a billing issue continuously for the last 5 months now and I am not getting any support. I am overcharged and Mr. Manju and Ms. Sujana have acknowledged this issue from the Store, but no solution. Today – 6 July, my numbers outgoing are barred, after being payment done from our end.

I have been a responsible Airtel Customer for 7-8 years and the last 4-5 months has been pathetic & is mental harassment for me. Sarjapur Airtel Store has misguided me to take One Airtel Plan and now I am dancing to the number of overmount bills that are generated.

Please note that I have already paid the One Airtel Bill of INR 1651 and I am not liable to pay any other bill apart from this. This has been already discussed with the Store Manager – Mr. Manju and the Airtel Executive – Sujana.

I am writing this as the final note. Now I do not outgoing permissions to make call. As a next step, I am going to take this case up on social media & then as a mental harassment case. I am moving every month back & forth.
