Zomato Order #1818874228. I have placed this order with zomato. After placing a delivery person has been assigned and I was waiting for my order. After some time I called delivery person and he told he was never assigned that order by zomato and then I had a chat service with zomato and there is nothing from side. I sent message to their support and other emails available no Ken replied. Auto reply came we will resolve in 24 hours. They resolve an issue which is about my delivery now after 24 hours?? What happens to my food now. Hotel guy told he can’t help and same with delivery guy. I was left stranded and my wife was sick and we waited for nearly 2 hrs but no respknse from zomato which is ridiculous. I want you to take action immediately on zomato. They don’t even have a number to talk to them. For today’s good delivery problem they will resolve in 24hours means you can understand those service model. I cannot cancel the order and they are not delivering the order. They already took my money. Due to this harassment I am lodging this complaint and need a proper apology and compensation and my refund for this harassment of the Zoamto company. I can go any level to fight against this harassment from zomato.
