My wife name Neha Aagarwal who has passed away in few months back was using a postpaid VI connection bearing number 9836323203. I was not in a state of mind to inform the VI authority about the incident and close the account. The said number is not in use since many then. It can be well verified from the detailed biils that the number was lying idle without any use. Now, VI customer care executives call me now and then and misbehave by insisting payment of bill despite the said reason. I am fed up of their calls. I get their calls on a daily basis and facing humiliation. I want this to stop immediately.
