Text of Complaint by Bhoumick Thakur:

I have bought a new sim card of vi postpaid connection on december 2022 . My sim was suspended without any intimation after 2-3 day later from date of sim activation i have trying to connect with vi but they will not resolve my quieries still i am asking them to activate my sim but they call me again n again for bill payment and they are also not providing assurance that once i will pay bill they will activate my sim card i am totally frustated from call from Vi.
