The complaint is against credit+ loan app which is not rbi registered.
it is similar to 7 days loan scam but here they have a duration of 30 days.
the app says a different interest rates and the actual scenerio is different. interest rates are above 100% pa again against rbi guidelines. How can a app call contact lists and harras them. they have the contact list hacked as well. threatn ppl with fake legal notices. reconfirmed with transunion cibil there is no loan showing in cibil report as well. Request you to take necessary actions against such fraudsters.

I was also going to take a loan from this Creditt+ app but before that I felt maybe I should check the internet in case they are also a scam like other apps. The UI seemed legit and in permissions also, they are only taking camera and location permission so how did they access your contacts?
Or did they change their permissions after all these reports?
While applying for the loan, we have to give 10 reference contacts. So are they harassing only those 10 people, or do they have access to the remaining complete contact list?
