I ordered one product from Flipkart which was received on the 4th of April 2022. I raised the ticket for a return on the same day (4th April) and after that, no one turned up for pick up, I called multiple times with the customer care team and sent messages that no one turned up, I always got one kind of response that your concern has been shared with the escalation team and they are working on it but no action has been taken so far and the worst part from the customer care team had closed the issue without my consent, they have lingered that issue for 7 days because the return period of 7 days is over.
The customer care team is the least bothered about the concern of the customer, they are getting a good amount of commission and I also realised that few of their employees in the customer care team are working as per the vendor.
I am sharing the screenshot of messages which I have sent on the Flipkart app.
Pathetic services and the customer care team/ backend team are good for nothing.
