Text of Complaint by Sonam Singh:

Today On 9 sep at 8.49 pm I ordered chicken manchow soup from swiggy.After nearly one hour I contacted with the delivery boy and asked him why he is being so late..He told me that someone who was supposed to get delivery before me from him cancelled her ordered but swiggy is not authorising it and he said he even do not know when he will come.. Being helpless I contacted with customer care of swiggy but they did nothing for me.they advised me to wait untill the delivery boy comes..I was hungry then it was 10 pm crossing…I could not wait anymore…eventually they cancelled my order..I want justification…What about my hunger? What will i eat now? Is swiggy not trustworthy? How should swiggy compensate to a customer who remains empty stomach at night due to its fault??
