I, am a resident of Badlapur and this email is regarding the calls I am receiving for the recovery of a loan taken by Mr. Geetesh Naidu and Mrs. Jyotsna Naidu living in our society.
Mr. Keval Gaikwad from your recovery department called me on 29/05/2023 from the number +918097485703 and again on 31/05/2023 from the number +918657022462 and stated that Mr. Geetesh Naidu and Mrs. Jyotsna Naidu has taken a loan from your bank and has given my name and number as a guarantor.
During our call on 29/05/2023, Mr. Keval Gaikwad was speaking to me in harsh language and told that he has my address and AADHAR Card copy submitted by Mr. Geetesh Naidu and Mrs. Jyotsna Naidu as a proof of being a guarantor. On asking the AADHAR number, Mr. Keval Gaikwad mentioned the AADHAR number which is not at all matching with my original AADHAR number.
In yesterday’s call; i.e., on 31/05/2023, Mr. Keval Gaikwad asked me to visit your office in Technopolis, Andheri (E) on 01/06/2023 so that he can show me the documents submitted by Mr. Geetesh Naidu and Mrs. Jyotsna Naidu which proves that I am the guarantor for their loan.
Based on the above conversation and under the suspicion that a forged document has been submitted on my name, I visited your office in Technopolis, Andheri (E) today. However, Mr. Keval Gaikwad was not present in the office and your receptionist was not aware of any such person in the bank.
Upon detailed investigation, I have found that neither my mobile no., nor my AADHAR card is mapped with the said loan.
Please note that, although Mr. Geetesh Naidu and Mrs. Jyotsna Naidu stay in our society, I have no personal interaction with them and I am not at all concerned with their financial matters. Therefore, I am not liable to answer any recovery related calls for their loans.
I have already explained in detail and handed over a written application on the above matter to Ms. Sumitra Vishwakarma along with a copy of my PAN and AADHAR Card at your Andheri office.
Kindly inform your recovery team not to call me henceforth regarding any of your bank’s dealings with Mr. Geetesh Naidu and Mrs. Jyotsna Naidu.
Also kindly remove my credentials from your database, if you have any, and send me an acknowledgement email.
