I had been paying my EMI on time for 13 months. Due to the current job loss and being stuck in debt trap and also being not able to give my house rent on time, I am unable to pay my emi’s as of now. But the recovery agents are harassing me by calling my parents again and again and visiting me at my home without any legal notice and authorisation letter, they also approached me while i was in the market with my family.
