Text of Complaint by Harish Jungay:

Dear Sir,

I had booked OLA Cab on 14 June 2023.
And the Ride cost was 382rs. Which was paid to the Can driver.

But unknowingly/without my knowledge the Ola Money Postpaid option was selected(might be app default). And the money was debited from the Ola postpaid also.
The driver still accepted money.

Now OLA wants me to pay the OLA Money Postpaid bill as well.

They are not ready to ask the driver or not even ready to talk or provide driver details to ask my money back so i can pay it in App.

We only got calls from recovery department who heard my grievances but did not help.
I am receiving continuous blank calls daily, OLA is trying to mentally harass me into making the payment.

Please request the Consumer Court to resolve this issue.
