Please find the below scenario,
I booked rickshaw from Ola, while booking app had error, was not able to trace ‘cash option’ and my relative paid the money in cash.
I informed ola executives about this. They assured me from their side that this issue is resolved. And kindly ignore the mails Ola.
I have informed all the executives who called from cash recovery department as well. They are just assuring me but no actions have been taken. Executives who are giving me warnings through WhatsApp, I tried to reach out to them, but they are keeping on disconnecting my calls…. Even I am getting mgs that delaying money will impact on my CIBIL SCORE!!!! What the hell is this!!
Daily I am receiving calls, messages, WhatsApp mgs from Ola, it’s total harassment!!!!!! I have explained this scenario many times, but didn’t get any response from your end!!!! You guys are just reaching out to me and no one is cross checking with the driver!!!
This is clear issue from Ola’s side and you guys are just harrasssing to the customers. I request you to solve the problem asap. If possible connect with the driver for that. Paying 296 is nothing for me. No one is going to run away with that.
Current Senario – :
Ola customer executives are constantly calling me, without listening anything me they are just giving bad words and harresing me to pay money which I have already paid
