I placed an order on amazon on October 18th Oct-22 which was guaranteed to be delivered by amazon the next day but they did not deliver the product on time. When I called the customer care they said your product will be delivered by 9 PM but At 9 o’clock I got a message that delivery will not be possible today. I also called the customer care this morning to inquire why I did not get the delivery on time, then they told that sir you have given the office address. The delivery time at the office door is till 6 PM, so you don’t get on time delivery. Delivery time was till 6 PM, still the customer care executive made me wait for 3 hours from 6 PM to 9 PM. I haven’t received the delivery of the product yet.
