Harassment from Amazon pick up service item Lenovo Tab M10 FHD REL Tablet (10.1-inch, 32GB, WiFi + LTE + Volte Calling), Black and refund my amount 15999.00 Rs.

Kindly look into the matter as on priority. I’ve purchased a new Lenovo Tab M10 FHD REL Tablet (10.1-inch, 32GB, WiFi + LTE + Volte Calling), Black on date 23/07/2020 is amount 15,999.00 Rs. It’s a defective item. I have a complaint on date 29/07/2020 at your Amazon customer care . They appointed me Tablet Inspection service for 30/07/2020. Tablet Inspection service has come at my home and checked and found it is defective. my Lenovo Tab M10 FHD REL Tablet (10.1-inch, 32GB, WiFi + LTE + Volte Calling), Black . Following Detail share with you and given below.

After I again called Amazon customer care service take request for pick up my Lenovo Tab M10 FHD REL Tablet (10.1-inch, 32GB, WiFi + LTE + Volte Calling), Black defected at my Register address on date 31/07/2020.

I wait for Amazon Pick up boy for this. He did not come. No one pickup boy not come at my registered address and also did not call me .Remarks in my pick at this Box are missing.”  Pictures given below  box and all accessories are there. Please tell me which items are missing. No information to me this your pick up has been cancelled. When I follow up that is confirmation from your customer care.

 I would like to inform you to tell you Lenovo Tab M10 FHD REL Tablet (10.1-inch, 32GB, WiFi + LTE + Volte Calling), Black with Photo enclosed.I again complain regarding pick up on date 01/08/2020.
again pick up cancelled at 01/8/2020 at time 03.15 p.m. without any information.

 I again complained regarding pick up on date 02/08/2020. still no information about your pickup delivery team.again pick up cancelled at 02/08/2020 at time 01.30 p.m. without any information.
As per Amazon guidelines 10 days replacement from 23/07/2020 to 03/08/2020.Tomorrow will be over your guidelines.
 Still 10 times to call the customer service team. I am totally harassed from  Amazon prime service.
Please help in this matter refund my amount in my account and pick up my item by Amazon pick up team as on priority.
