im feeling damn helpless and dejected due to the careless response from these so called ecom biggies like amazon.i had great respect towards the amazon for their gentle and fair customer service but now i lost.i got the missing product of gopro hero 9 cation camera which was gifted prepaid order.please help me in this regard
