Last one month I am struggling to resolve my issues and feeling mental harassment from airtel but my problem is not getting resolved.
I had family pack of 5 mobile nos.
Due to high billing I visited airtel store sarvodaya complex mira bhayandar last month 15 th jan.
I met Ms jyoti over there and she mis guided me and converted my parent mob no 9321201520 in to prepaid no.
Rest other mob no she kept it on 299 rental .
Now I am getting more heavy bills rather than old tarif.
Me and my wife have been visiting airtel office for last month but instead of converting it in to post paid they are calling me every next day.
after sending mails to them and all details , every time they are asking all details and doing time pass. No solution.
