I am writing this message in regards to the Scam and Harassment from Airtel Team.
I think I made mistake by purchasing plan for 5 Numbers in airtel and from last several months, I am struggling to get my issues resolved by they are still pending…Today, airtel team advised me to disconnect airtel connections and move to another operator.
For your reference, I have mentioned glimpse of my concerns below. I hope if airtel can help or I should proceed with deactivation
1. Pending issues from last 4 months and still I am doing follow up’s and struggling
2. Pathetic customer support
3. Getting Billed Wrong from last 2 months and I have to reach out everytime
4. Wrong address mentioned by executive and due to mistake of airtel I am suffering and airtel team told me they cannot do anything before 3 months even though this is mistake from airtel
5. Cannot use airtel wallet from last 3 months
6. Money not transferred from airtel wallet from last 3 months and done more than 70 follow up’s over the call and email
7. Without informing me and without my confirmation my primary number got changed and I have to face the hassle
8. Not getting bill on email and no notification on phone, I have to reach out every month to airtel team for the bill
9. Rude behavior of executive and informed me there is no escalation beyond him, I can disconnect my numbers
10. Internet stopped working, many times
11. Still getting messages from old operator and also from airtel for prepaid recharges on my number
