5 days back I got a call from equinox company from one of their executive regarding work from home captcha job.He called me around 7:00 pm in the evening on Saturday and he asked me tell him my email Id and asked for one of my ID proof for the agreement. Then I waited for his call till 8:00 pm and I tried calling him but his number was coming switched off, then next day was Sunday on Monday that guy called me again and sent one msg on whatsapp and asked me send the screenshot of it I asked him that why ur no. Was switched off he said that we are not allowed to contact after 7:30pm and also I asked him about his name on truecaller which was showing that it is of amaan sheikh number but his name was raj , he told me that his no. Was with his brother then he told me that I will receive a verification call and he asked me to say yes for whatever they say otherwise his salary will get deducted, I got a call from their and she said few things like my name and about salary and said if you are unable to finish the work on time then you have to pay 5400 to them. Then again their no. Went out of reach again day ended next day I received a login id and password but no link to start work , again next day I received a call from a girl she said that she will send me a link and agreement and in case if I don’t receive it by 5:00 pm I have to call her as she said I call her but no response then next day I received a mail with an agreement and with my signature on it they forged it with out my knowledge. I find it fisshy and I mailed them stating about my signature without my knowledge and I don’t want to work with them. Today received a mail from helpline with one contact no. I called on that no. And told her that I don’t want to work now. She said you will receive a call for cancellation of work then after few minutes I received a call from one their advocate and she said that you have to pay the money or I will take legal action against you and I will see you in high court.
Why will I pay when I haven’t used their login id or password and also I haven’t signed that document they forged it.
I am receiving frequent emails? Is it from the consumer complaint site ?

This is from the consumer site, I am here to tell you that , I have talked to them and they had said that you will not receive any call or message from their side and by chance if you receive any, you can provide their number to me , I will call to them , alright and also you have to mark the complaint as resolved in the consumer site only then we Company will stop calling you and mailing you , And I did this with the help of our main department, they usually manage the main issues as of yours, company cancel your everything you just open your complaint link and resolve your complaint as soon as possible , if you have any query regarding resolving then mail us .
