Text of Complaint by Jasmine J:

I applied for loan from Dutta Rupee – 3,500 and from Fame Loan – 3,500. They credited only 2,275 & 2,275 and the remaining they charged for their service charges. I took this loan for my daughter’s school fees, on 30th of this month only i will receive my salary. I asked those persons to give me some time for the repayment. But, those people are now blackmailing with vulgar words on me and my family for the repayment.

I didn’t take loan from Dutta app but they are regularly send me vulgar messages to me

These people are speaking in a worst language. Troubling my relatives from my contact numbers. They are using bad language. Giving me mentally torcher. Already I am in depression because of some fraudsters. Than this people are troubling me more. They started making viral my photos, adhar card, pan card.etc on social media. These people even abused.

Yes they abuse people. They are fraudstars. On giving a loan they initially cut the interest first then disbursed the loan and that too for 7 days. If you failed to repay on that particular day ,they will harrash you and abuse you. By doing all these they are shutting there fraud business. No legal NBFC company will provide such a loan without documentation. Ciber crime complaint should be lodge against them. These companies are such as supercash,GAP loans, Lucky pub, firstcash,papamoney, es loans etc. Just lodge a complaint in cyber crime. I am one of the victim for all these. They use to take advantage of your financial weakness and suck you all the way. They should be banned
