Text of Complaint by ANINDYA BHUNIA:

This is my first purchase from Reliance Digital Online, as I am comfortable with other two e-commerce sites and they never disappoint me. This is the first time I purchase from Reliance digital by accounting the Brand value that Reliance have.

By my outmost surprise they not only disappoint me but also latterly harsh me.

I am stating here it from scratches.

I do order a Samsung Galaxy M52 128 GB, 6 GB on 7th Aug 2022. It first shows me it would come to me by 9th Aug 2022, later it changed to 10th and later it changed to 12th. But it did come by 11th.

But it is the begging of the problem and harassment.

I found 3 main problems in the device-

A rattling sound comes from the phone while seeking the phone.
The vibration didn’t work while testing.
Overheating while charging.

First, they told me to go to Samsung customer care. I opposed. Why I would go to Care just after the day I received the phone. But they told me its mandatory and without getting some DOA form from there they can’t do nothing.

Second, after that they again told me an engineer from their end is coming to my home premises to check whether my claim is right or not. I have no issue with that, I am ready to welcome him. But again, no sign of anyone from 2 days. Then I again complain that no one come still now.

Third, now they again told me to go to nearest Reliance Digital Store and explain the issue to them and if they recognize it then only, they replace it. Now I go there and the engineer in Reliance Digital store recognize what I am tolling for last few days.

Fourth, they took the item on 17th August. I contacted every single day for my replacement through mails and calls. Every time they told me that my replacement will be shipped very soon and I will defiantly get the replacement. Till 23rd August I heard the same thing again and again from every level of Reliance digital customer support through mail and call.

Fifth, but again on 23rd august Reliance Digital call me and told me that the replacement is not available thus they were initiating the refund. I do refuse the proposal but they told me that the only possible solution they have and without my will they refund it instead replacement.

Sixth, as of today, more than after one month still now the said Product still available for in Reliance Digital website. If replacement product is not available, then how can they list same product for sell?
