I am concerned for myself Adv. Namrata A. Darvesh Aged 38 Years; residing at 03, Wadilal Niwas, Kale Marge, Next
to Shirsat Apartment, Kurla (w), Mumbai – 400 070 and I have to address you as under:
1. I say that I keep receiving calls and message from unknown numbers since these number I am using since 2012 and it was given to me through my corporate plan from my office.
2. I say that I continued using this number even after I left my office in 2021 but I am still getting calls from unknown numbers which I am getting mental harassment and agony.
3. I say that there’s a lot of disturbance caused to this in my daily work activities and is affecting my mental peace and productivity.
4. I say that I contacted my service provider Vodafone to get me the list of incoming calls as I told them I am facing this issue since long time and there’s mental harassment and agony causing me from this.
5. I say that they have denied my request of sharing the incoming calls list of my number 8879639474
6. I say that I am reporting one of incident caused to me in recent times and attached copy is annexed herewith,
7. I say that due to this harassment I am causing mental agony and is disturbing my peaceful life and causing threat to my family life.
Request you to look into this matter and request my service provider Vodafone to provide me the list of incoming calls and make this service available for me on my number permanently for me and my family’s safety.

Advocate Namrata Darvesh is a con and a fraudster. I had given her Rs. 3 lakhs in May 2022 to pay court fees, which she misappropriated and usurped the money.
