Respected Sir,
I am writing this letter in a very unfortunate and hard situation. I have been through a lot in my life but this is something I wish no one would ever go through.
For the last few days, I was harassed by an online “Instant salary loan” lending app. They forcefully submitted my loan application though it was not intended. After some time they copied all the contact details from my phone through their application and started blackmailing me. They are asking me to transfer almost the double amount, if I fail to do so they will start calling my contacts and will harass them. They have sent me the contact details that they have copied from my phone.
The amount they have transferred: 7000 INR
They are asking me to transfer: 12905 INR
Duration: After 5-6 days they started calling me and asking to transfer the same.
and after their harrsement i had paid total amount but after 1 day they credited Rs.14000/- in to my account and with in 7 days they started harresing me to pay Rs.25810/- and firstly i paid the intersest amount on 22.09.2022 -Rs.11810/- and ask them to give me 1 week time later on 29.09.2022 i paid balance amount of Rs.14000/- .
Now they started blaming my contact numbers and started sharing all my contact numbers to my whatsup and harresing me to pay total amount of Rs.25810/- which was already paid and will call/ text/ whatsup me daily 10times -20 times .
They also says that they have my mobile access so that they can share my pics to others if i wont pay the amount. Its like am frustrated and thinking to die. if this all happens my only decision is to die.
Though I asked them multiple times to provide me with the proper loan documents(like a sanction letter) they refused to provide the same and saying “We can’t provide anything as a document it was against their policy”, so I believe I have been a victim of online fraud.
Currently, I am in a situation where I don’t know what to do. Though I haven’t transferred anything, I am afraid if I transfer the whole amount also it’s not sure they will stop asking me to transfer again.
They have looted almost 700+ people, I request you to please file a complaint against them and take quick legal action in this matter as for the past few days I am constantly being mentally tortured by them. I have all the WhatsApp screenshots and Audios evidence with me for your reference.
