Dear sir,
I Asha Devi D Pillai had taken a loan through RBL credit card in January 2019 and every month paid the EMI well I’m advance and received messages from them that they acknowledged it. But after the due date of everymonth there people starts calling continuously from diffeedif numbers saying that I have not made the payment. 3 months (till April2019), they continued the same process. Finally I told them to send me the final figure include preclosure charges, gst etc . Accordingly I have paid the full amount . Then again I .June they started to call me. Then I told them that I will told a case against harassment . I requested them to send me an NOC and close my card as I don’t want to continue with them
In November 2019, I received a statement that I have to pay the membership amount. The statement itself showed that I gave gave no duez with the bank
Now , from 14th October 2020, again I am getting harassed by RBL bank people. They are continuoulsy calling me to pay an amount near about 3000/-.
I will loose my job, if they will make such disturbance to office. Kindly advice what yo fo next. I set an email to bank’s CEO also today.
