Hi sir! I am Jaish Spencer Credit Card Holder of RBL Bank Ltd. due to business loss and COVID 19 I lost my all sources of earnings and having huge debt. I took moratorium on my credit card at pandemic lock down time. since then i also got calls from their collection agency harassing me day by day due to non payment. Sir in these very condition i am arranging myself to overcome from losses that i borne and i am also not denying to pay their bills. but sir they rapidly calling me pressuring me, shouting on me, telling me that you are “Bewkuf” i have recording of that also. Sir i hope banks have to understand that every person is suffering from lockdown and covid chaos but they are threatening me destroying my self respect, calling me defaulter rapidly and a girl name shikha she shouted on me and told me that you are beggar, you are defaulter sir I politely told her that i will pay bills of my card even i told her I am the debtor of bank so pleaase give me some time to manage funds instead. but they people are harassing me rapidly. please help me they are mentally torturing me and i already suffering from business losses and from other loans also. please help me otherwise one day they people will for me to commit s@uicide. pleasebhelp me sir!
