I took a ride from Ola on 26/04/2023 vide CRN No-7280055316. I paid full amount to Ola driver in cash and immediately raised a complaint on Ola app as driver took Rs-17/- extra from me. Instead of refunding my 17/- rupees now Ola is asking me to pay full charge of Rs-446/-including fines. I wrote more than 30 mails stating facts but they not gave any positive reply but now day and night threatening me for money and saying we tell to all your contact lists.
