Subject: Complaint Regarding Harassment Calls for Loan Recovery

Dear [Home Credit Company],

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of great concern regarding harassment calls I have been receiving from your company for the alleged recovery of a loan that I have not taken from your organization. The purpose of this letter is to request an immediate investigation into this matter and to demand that these harassment calls cease immediately.

I have been receiving numerous calls on my phone from individuals claiming to be representatives of Home Credit Company, insisting that I have an outstanding loan with your company. However, I want to categorically state that I have not taken any loan from Home Credit or any other financial institution in recent times. These calls, which occur repeatedly throughout the day and often involve aggressive and intimidating language, are causing significant distress and anxiety in my life.

To address this issue, I have already taken several steps. Firstly, I have carefully documented each call, including the date, time, and content of the conversation, to serve as evidence of the harassment and deceitful tactics employed by the callers. Secondly, I made contact with your customer service department to verify the existence of any outstanding loan in my name, and they confirmed that no loan is associated with my name.

Despite these efforts, the harassment calls persist, and it has become clear that the individuals making these calls are not associated with your legitimate operations. Therefore, I urge your company to take immediate action to identify and address these unauthorized individuals who are misleadingly using your company’s name for personal gains.

I kindly request that Home Credit Company take the following actions:

1. Initiate an internal investigation to identify the individuals making these fraudulent calls, as they are tarnishing the reputation of your organization.
2. Cease all communication regarding this alleged loan immediately, as it is evident that no such loan exists.
3. Implement stricter measures to ensure that customer information is protected and not misused by unauthorized individuals.
4. Inform me in writing of the actions taken to resolve this issue and provide assurance that no further harassment calls will take place.

I would also like to assert that in line with consumer rights legislation, I reserve the right to take legal action should these harassment calls persist, causing continued distress and inconvenience.
