I had ordered some icecream from Nirula via Zomato on July 27. I paid Rs 901 via debit card. This order was not delivered to me and the reason stated was that I was unreachable. The zomato delivery person did not ring the bell even once. Zomato has an option that says if the customer does not want the bell to be ringed click there. I had specifically not clicked that option because phone network is a issue in my house and I wanted the delivery person to ring the bell. Also with few minutes I realised that my order was cancelled and I called the zomato delivery boy who was probably somewhere near my house, but he refused to deliver the order. When I contacted zomato customer support they were of no help.
