I am a postpaid customer of VI from very long time having my mobile no. 7009561166.I have requested to change my plan to family plan and decided to port my another no. i.e 9988445354 in VI postpaid.
But seems to be a blunder mistake.
Firstly the sim was not activated for a week and VI services harassed me very much. I have visited Vi office more than 20 times in just 5 days just for activation of my new sim.
Now I get message that your number is not verified.
It is pathetic that even paying my bills my outgoing services are barred and no communication regarding verification has been done in last month.
Now I am again visiting your office to restart my services and got to know that the person who suppose to verify my sim has put the status that the customer is not searchable.
Inspite of calling/visiting my home Vi staff is again harassing me for verification.

It can’t be possible that all three no. Are not approachable.
When I call 199 , they said VI store will do verification and when I go VI store they said we can’t do verification here.
I don’t know what to do next to activate my services.If any of company’s employee is not doing job well, then it is not my mistake, I am available for verification and even requested Vi store manager Sandeep(9781102324) several times to resolve my issue.
Now I am in state that I cannot port my no. 9988445354 for 3 months according to policy. So I am stuck here with drastically poor services of Vi.
Kindly resolve my issue and help me to start services of my vi no. 9988445354.
