To whomsoever it may concern,

This is with regards to my Airtel mobile connection for the primary number 7838748018 which I have been using since more than 7 years.

In December 2019, a request was made to change my tariff plan to family plan with Rs. 999 monthly rental (excluding taxes) and further adding the number ‘9871670769’ to this family plan as this family plan gave option to add mobile connections owned by family in this plan.

Therefore, effectively, from December 2019, I was required to pay bill for only the family plan for these 2 numbers in discussion.

However, since then the customer care executives have not added the mobile connection in the family plan. There were multiple requests made since December by calling the customer care executives to add the number.

Every-time, the customer care department used to take the request by committing that the number ‘9871670769’ would be added within 24 hours, however, it has never been added.

In fact, the customer care executives used to misrepresent the service request and used to give remarks of bill verifications on multiple service requests being made. ’31-2905455602860′ is one such service request made on April 9 for adding the number, but the customer care team misrepresented the request as bill clarification.

Since 9 April 2020, I have supporting evidences where several requests by emails and through their social media redressal mechanism ‘twitter’ and the customer care app the requests are made to add the number.

However, unfortunately, there has been no positive result. Sample emails and other evidences enclosed for ready reference.

This has really resulted in lot of humiliation and harassment as I have to spend almost a an hour on alternate day to add the number but there is no resolution. Also, I have to pay additional bill of around Rs.700 for the mobile number 9871670769 which comes to around Rs 4200 since December 2019.

My humble request to kindly help in adding this number and also provide an adjustment of the mentioned amount i.e. Rs. 4200 in my account with a written apology letter from Airtel on their actions.
