Hello,
I am victim of a fraud happened in Pune. The finance company named Ashtvinayak Investment has cheated me and other 300 or more people with loans and credit cards. We have raised an FIR regarding the same with EOW office Pune ( FIR No. 0084/2023). Upon telling this to recovery agent named Datta (+919049781466) he is not listening and co-operating. He is calling me multiple times a day and also threatening me. He has started calling my mother too multiple times and threatening them like people will come to your home and get your belongings and other legal things etc. I requested him not to call her because she is high BP patient but still he is not listening and threatening more.
Please help me and my family to handle this.
