Dear Sir,
I am writing to formally bring to your attention a serious incident involving one of the executives associated with the Salary Setu loan service, using mobile number 9811483503.
The individual has allegedly gained unauthorized access to my mobile phone/data and has subsequently made threatening calls to my relatives and known persons whose contact numbers were not provided by me.
During these calls, I and my family members have been threatened and pressured to make the loan payment before the due date, failing which the person has threatened to initiate criminal action against me with the assistance of local individuals.
This has caused significant mental distress, fear and concern for the safety and security of me and my family. Unauthorized access to my personal information and contacting people from my private contacts is a serious matter and requires immediate investigation.
I therefore request you to kindly take immediate and appropriate action against the concerned person/mobile number, investigate how my personal information and contacts were accessed, and ensure that such threatening and harassing activities are stopped immediately.
I am also keeping records of the calls and communications as evidence and may approach the appropriate law-enforcement/cybercrime authorities if the harassment or threats continue.
I request your urgent intervention in this matter.
