I have booked this hotel through OYO and made the payment also through the app. When I reached the hotel they asked me has the payment was done and told me why I had all made previous payments and told me to wait for 2 hours. Then I call the OYO helpline number and told them what I have been said by the hotel receptionist. Then the Oyo member said me to wait until they have to check with the hotel and then they called the hotel manager and the hotel manager denied the wait time. And I was on the call with that OYO member the hotel manager came and talked rubbish using slang language also. They threatened me, they abused me. They said at any cost they will not let me go from the hotel. After all this, I denied staying there because I am in a new place and I was threatened with my life. They forced me to check-in, I greet them with folded hands to let me go, and when I tried to go out he pushed me also. But his eyes were red and he was not in proper behavior. But they snatched away my mobile and canceled my booking from my mobile and gave a rating also 5 out of 5 and best reviews. Then I left the hotel and booked another hotel with OYO and stayed nearby there so I called the OYO helpline then and tell them what happened and filed a complaint now just. I was at nearby place at that time so was scared. But that member told me that he is filing a complaint and he put my call on hold but after 30 minutes he didn’t respond so I disconnect the call. Now I am trying to file a complaint but no Oyo member is helping me. Everyone is just trying to disconnect the call and no resolution I have gotten till now. I have attached the details of the hotel booking please find the attachment below. All the things that happened in that hotel are also listned by the Oyo member which i have been called.
