I had taken a loan from an app called ocean rupee. I have paid back the full amount on my due date and have the proof of the same. I have also submitted the payment acknowledgement to the concerned recovery agents who i might add don’t know how to speak. Even after paying on time they claim that they have not received the payment. My family is being harassed on a daily basis as well as I. After sheer frustration i am filing this complaint in the hope that there will be some justice for people like me. I do not know where else ti file a complaint against them. There are several others as well.
