Hi,
My name is Arijit and i took a small loan from kotak mahindra bank. Even though i paid my installments before time they imposed penalty on me and im getting calls from various recovery agents through various numbers threating me and sending messages like we will start legal action against you. I went to a kotak mahindra bank as well and there was some dumb official who was supporting the recovery agents behaviour and said that i was at fault. They’re calling me 24*7 and threating me even after paying the due bills before time. And are imposing penalty charges as well for god knows whatever reason. I have always paid my bills on time and have never cheated or defaulted anyone. Still im treated like this. So as a last option im filing this complaint for causing me mental torture and harassment.
