I have being harassed by two operators jio and vodafone. My current operator is not abled to provide services nor they are allowing me to move out from there worst service operator.
I have given port in request to JIO on 15th july 2018 but it is rejected, on enquiring from jio over helpline number they stated that your current operator had rejected the request mentioning that duplicate request is raised and pending bill though it is not at all possible to raise dublicate request as consumer cannot generate other port code before 15 days and when i have requested for port in request to jio operator that time i have again generated fresh portcode so this reason for cancellation my port in request is invalid.
Other reason which is unbill amount not paid though my current balance is – 594.33. So please help me as i have paid both the operators advance money and none is responsing positively nor providing resolution or process my request. Pleaseplease help.!!!
Both operator is just blaming on eachother fortheissue. Please help me.
