Sir,
I Sri Padmanava Das bearing My Account No.50100178593620, I am to draw your kind attention that, during June,2018 i have a jumbo loan an amount of Rs.100000/- and Rs.4848/- fixed for monthly installment. I was regularly paid till March,2019, but it is matter of regret that for the month of April,2019 deducted from my account 7000 something, afterthat i was proceeded to HDFC, Jajpur Town Branch, but staff of HDFC Jajpur Town Branch unable to give statement, he/she told me now system not reflected your deducted amount. Similarly for the Month of May,2019 deducted from my saving account 7000 something and i also proceeded to HDFC Jajpur Town, he/she felt to find the problem, there is I had harassed and draw my all amount from my saving account through ATM. Next month autodeduction was done but my account balance is NIL and it was reversed.
The Customer Care of HDFC every day called me and he/she was requested me to deposit installement amount, i also talked him/her please rectify your mistake arise by your bank, but no action taken by HDFC bank, they are montly deducted and imposed fine on my saving account.
Lastly I also settlement my Jumbo Loan deposited Cash in HDFC, Jajpur Town Branch by January,2020. Then HDFC credit card customer care called me please deposit credit card out standing amount, I also harassed, In the meantime I have deposited my out standing credit card an amount of Rs.10360/- on 03.03.2020.
Yesterday i want to run my account and i also deposited 5150, but reflected in my balance Rs.2046/- and Rs.3103/- hold, I could not understand why HDFC bank harass me,
