I Romila Dhingra, Woman 46 Year old self employed professional , I am having a banking relation with Hdfc Bank since 2011 , I had taken one business loan in 2016 which paid and cleared on time , two running car loans and one business loan. Over the years I have been paying all my EMIs we’ll in time and never defaulted in any of my payments. It is last year when me along with my husband purchased a house and sent our child for higher education MBBS finishing our investments and backup funds. Later , one of our clients held our payment over a hotel project and we landed up in a financial mess , impacting the delay in EMIs, while we could manage to push the foam loan and car instalments the business loan instalments for neglected . However , I through my husband approached the bank to sort he business loan outstanding and stream lined them. My husband approached the Bank and he met Mr. Deepak Bhadauriya , Manager , Unsecure loan recovery . he pretended that he is concern and offered too give discount and have the loan settled in there Equal EMIs , we took the settlement letter on 22.01.2020 , we were asked to pay the first instalment on 24.01.2020 , we tried to manage the funds but our inflows did not come from our client. My husband traveled to Amritsar to meet the client and recover the funds so that we could discharge our loan liability , surprising to us. Deepak Bhadurauria ( # 9773677265 ) engaged Call centre and they started to absuse me and my husband for money. A man Sachin Kumar Bearing mobile number 9818523552 , he started to talk loose with me and my husband and insisted to pay immediately. When we told we are unable to manage funds and need some more time , he on instructions of deepak Bhadhuriya engaged two women one told her name as Aisha bering mobile numbers 8860429026 , 8505913247 , 9818523552, 7428487005 , 8505913271 . They called well reputed people in the colony and told them lies that I had shared their details for taking the loan as the guarantee , some of the people they called and abused are Mr, Ashu Arora 9717524981 , Ms. Kavita Dua # 911336498 , Ms. Nikita # 9990988669 , Mr. Deepak dua 97117 33917 , they abused them with sx@ual takes as well. I have filed a police company with Palam Vihar , Gurgaon police station on 30.1.2020 dive daily dairy no. 55-58. Gurgon west , Haryana. I request an inquiry and immediate action on the Bank for These harassing calls and abusing us , pubic and tarnishing our public image in society.
