Text of Complaint by Saurabh Kumar:

Dear sir,

I have ordered one watch from Amazon after seeing of delivery date which was on the 7th of Oct 2021 and the product was at my nearest hub on the 6th of oct then also Amazon did not deliver the product in the given time frame. After calling many times on customer care service person is saying can I put you on hold to check details and he is putting me on hold for 12 to 15 min and not taking the Cal. I was hoping the product will be delivered on the 8th of oct but after calling many times to customer care they are like we are very sorry but the thing is what I will by listening sorry.
I will not be available I am going out of the station I have said this from 7th of oct then also service was like this.
Till now they haven’t attempted any delivery after saying this much today is 9th of oct.
Please look at this matter if they can’t deliver the item which was supposed to be delivered on 7th of oct they can extend the date on the same time while booking..
