I was ordered a Samsung smart tv on 14 th January 2024 in offer period for gifting to a old age home, which i was promised to gift on 16th January 2024 a tv for them, and i ordered that becouse it has quick delivery date that was 15th January , i ordered and paid that amount. On 15th January their delivery agent called me from a location which is 500 meter far from my home, i asked to give me at my home cuz it has doorstep delivery policy but that agent denied to deliver at my location, but Flipkart shows its under their service location then i complained to customer care they said its ll deliver shortly, i waste my 3 days regarding this , suddenly i got a notification on 17th January at 11.15 night that your order cancelled by courier service partner due to unable to deliver to your area , then i called customer care again they said its cancelled by seller . Now price of the product is raised high and i broke my promise at that old age home so i lost my reputation at there.i need justice.
