I had a flipkart account that was well maintained by me. One day suddenly my flipkart account was permanently blocked in the middle of the month. On enquiring about the incident the customer support said there was some fraudulent activity happening on the account, to safeguard my account they permanently blocked it. I asked them that how will I pay my flipkart pay later dues ( Rs. 5017.70)? Due date was 20 days after the account was blocked. They said I will receive a link as message for payment. I received a link but it was of no use as my flipkart account was permanently blocked. I called flipkart customer care but did not get proper support. Finally I reached out to IDFC first bank and paid my dues directly to them Loan Agreement Number – 35498036 on June 8, 2023.
Flipkart is still harassing me every day by calling me more that 5 times a day. I have already stated them that the payment has been done and given them the transaction no as well.
These is pure harassment by Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd.
