Respected sir/ma’am,
I’m Pragati Sonawane,24 yrs old, resident of CBD belapur Navi Mumbai, currently in Tbilisi, Georgia for mbbs education, thats why I’m not able to give written complain, my parents are currently in Pune so i request to take FIR through them
.its my humble request to accept that and please take immediate action against this.
yesterday night ive also mailed ig-cbr.mah@gov.in as i got it from google but didn’t get any reply.
Last week i was in need of money so I’ve taken loan from one online loan application named Eagle Cash as the loan details im attaching in my mail it was taken for 7 days till 23/7/2022 for Rs.10,000 and the disbursement amount was Rs.6,000.
The staff (didn’t tell me name) and started texting me from this no.91 7752072613 on WhatsApp on 22/7/2022 and i asked them to wait as the due date is of 23/7/2022 she use abusive and inappropriate language and blocked me.
On 23/7/2022 i got msg from 91 91346 89757 asking for immediate repayment and i requested them to wait till evening as my payment comes ill do online payment but they didn’t and shared my badly morphed image to my contacts. Later at night when i received payment i tried doing the payment but the app wasn’t working and i informed on same no. but they just ignored me saying its late night and cant help.
I also tried to logout and then login again into application but then because of their server issues i was not getting otp and i couldn’t proceed
Today on 24/7/2022 again I got msg from other no.91 75028 81512 asking to pay immediately. I asked them to give me apology letter for what they did yesterday and loan settlement letter and remove my penalty as it was because of server issue but they were not ready to do any of them and started using abusive language, and morphed my face from the selfie which i gave for kyc in beginning of loan application with node girls images and sent it to my contacts. many nos. were involved in this torture I’m listing them down-

and all were sending me my morphed images with insulting and harassing msgs, I’ll be attaching all screenshots in this mail.
I later asked them politely to give me apology letter and loan settlement letter that this won’t happen again after loan repayment and they denied again, and was constantly abusing me so i told them that this – what they did was wrong and ill be filing complain against them and they just laughed at me saying do what u want till then well ruin your imagine infront of all your contacts. so i blocked all of these nos.
in Georgia I’m studying mbbs I’m 5th year student and this is affecting me ,my studies and my daily life even my future will be affected because of this.
It’s my humble request to you to please help me stop this torture and harassment. It’s very difficult to handle all this when I’m not in my own country or home, so im requesting you to please help me and stop this public bullying.
On consumercomplainscourt site there are many such complains filed by people against such loan applications, imy not the only one who is victim of such thing.
