Text of Complaint by Dasaradh:

Myself Dasaradh S. My friend has taken a loan using my Bajaj EMI card. I used to pay Monthly EMI with additional bounce charges on 25th of every month because it was the salary date of my friend. During the tenure of this month EMI date I was out of station and the loan recovery officer (Akshay Gireesh, ph: 079944 04464), came to my home, met with neighbours and started accusing me of never paying emi which is a big harassment. After that he procured my father’s number from neighbours and went to my father’s shop and created a big issue and disrupted the sale. Which inturn caused a greater embarrassment for my father who is not even a part of this. All this was done because emi was was missed by a single day. Is this the ethics your company is treating your customers?. If you are not providing a proper action regarding the matter. I will be forced to take legal actionand also will be forced to file a complaint with banking ombudsman against your illegal way of harassment of client.
